Q: Do I need to send a deposit up front to order a custom set up and am I obligated?

A: NO! Your pro-order is free of charge and you are not obligated to buy after you get your proof.

Q: Why aren’t you charging up front?

A: Confidence in our work! Because if you’re reading this far, you know our work speaks for itself!

Q: What guitars, amps, keyboards, drums and all manner of recording gear can I put in my rendering?

A: With a few exceptions, almost all of it from 1957 to 1970! See examples gallery below. Over 12,000 assets and counting.

Q: What sizes are available?

A: 16” x 20” is the minimum size for stage and studio renders.

A photo render such as a studio session , or a stage scene like the Ed Sullivan arrows are a little too wide to print as an 8x10.

I feel its cheating the customer because you really cant see the detail that goes into each 3D model, right down to a logo on a headstock.

However, an 8” x 10” is perfect for an isolated shot, like a guitar leaning on an amp or chair. For this reason the 8x10 is included at no extra charge!

Q: How long does it take?

A: After 15 years of trial and error , I have efficient on an efficient workflow down, however set up time in the 3D world can still be time consuming depending on the recreation.

Keep in mind, a single guitar on a chair might take two hours, but an entire studio scene could take a week. Sometimes longer.

So we try and keep it under four weeks turnaround time, not including client review time.

Using a favorite photo as a reference is the the best way to start!
